Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring JustCall, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the JustCall and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Userback
Userback + JustCall + Slack: When negative feedback is received in Userback (determined by comment content or rating), the system retrieves the call details from JustCall and sends a message to a dedicated Slack channel, including the feedback and call information.
Userback + JustCall + Google Sheets: When new feedback is created in Userback, the automation retrieves relevant call details from JustCall (based on user or related ID) and logs both the feedback and call information into a Google Sheet for analysis and reporting.
