Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the JustCall and Webhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Webhook
JustCall + Webhook + Google Sheets: When a new call is missed in JustCall, a webhook is triggered, sending the call details to the specified URL. The webhook data is then used to add a new row in Google Sheets for call log analysis.
Webhook + JustCall + Slack: A webhook receives data, which then triggers JustCall to find or create a contact. Afterward, Slack sends a notification to a specified channel informing about the new contact, or contact details found by JustCall.
