Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, AI GPT Router, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and AI GPT Router integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and AI GPT Router (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and AI GPT Router

Kintone + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a new record is added to Kintone, it sends the record's content to the AI GPT Router for summarization. The summary is then posted to a designated Slack channel to keep the team informed of new entries.

Kintone + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in Kintone, the data is sent to the AI GPT Router for analysis and categorization. The analyzed data, including categories, is then logged into a Google Sheet for tracking customer feedback.
