How to connect Kintone and Bitrix24
Create a New Scenario to Connect Kintone and Bitrix24
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Kintone, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Kintone or Bitrix24 will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Kintone or Bitrix24, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Kintone Node
Select the Kintone node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Kintone, Bitrix24, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and Bitrix24 integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and Bitrix24 (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and Bitrix24
Kintone + Bitrix24 + Slack: When a new record is created in Kintone (e.g., a new project), this triggers the creation of a corresponding task in Bitrix24. Once the Bitrix24 task is created, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the relevant team about the new project and associated task.
Bitrix24 + Kintone + Google Calendar: When a task deadline is updated in Bitrix24, the automation retrieves project milestones from Kintone. Based on the deadline and milestones, a meeting is scheduled in Google Calendar to discuss project progress and task completion.
