Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, Captions, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and Captions

Kintone + Captions + Slack: When a new project record is created in Kintone, Captions generates a summary. This summary is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team.

Captions + Kintone + Google Sheets: When Captions generates a meeting summary, the summary is saved to a Google Sheet. The Google Sheet row is then linked to the relevant Kintone record using the 'Update Record' action.
