Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Kintone, ConvertKit, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kintone and ConvertKit integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kintone and ConvertKit (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Kintone and ConvertKit

Kintone + ConvertKit + Slack: When a new record is created in Kintone, the automation adds the user as a subscriber to a specified sequence in ConvertKit and sends a notification to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team.

ConvertKit + Kintone + Google Sheets: When a subscriber unsubscribes in ConvertKit, the automation updates the corresponding record in Kintone to reflect the change and logs the unsubscription event in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
