Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Klaviyo, Tavily, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Klaviyo and Tavily integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Klaviyo and Tavily (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Klaviyo and Tavily
Klaviyo + Tavily + Slack: When a new event occurs in Klaviyo (e.g., email sent), Tavily searches for mentions of competitors in the email content. A summary of the search results is then sent to a designated Slack channel for review.
Tavily + Klaviyo + Google Sheets: Tavily gathers news about a specific product using a web search. If the search results indicate negative sentiment (which would require a further sentiment analysis action), an email is triggered in Klaviyo to customers offering support. The details of the news and email sent are logged in a Google Sheet.
