Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Knack, Captions, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Knack and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Knack and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Knack and Captions
Knack + Captions + Google Drive: When a new record is created in Knack, a video generation request is submitted to Captions. Once the video generation is complete, the generated video file is uploaded to Google Drive.
Knack + Captions + Slack: When a record is updated in Knack, the captions are automatically created using Captions. The generated captions are then sent to a Slack channel for team review and approval.
