Create a New Scenario to Connect Knack and PDFMonkey
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Knack, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Knack or PDFMonkey will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Knack or PDFMonkey, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Authenticate PDFMonkey
Now, click the PDFMonkey node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your PDFMonkey settings. Authentication allows you to use PDFMonkey through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Knack, PDFMonkey, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Knack and PDFMonkey integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Knack and PDFMonkey (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Knack + PDFMonkey + Slack: When a new record is created in Knack, a PDF document is generated using PDFMonkey. A message summarizing the new record and including a link to the generated PDF is then sent to a specified Slack channel.
PDFMonkey + Knack + Google Sheets: When a document is generated in PDFMonkey, the workflow updates a record in Knack with the document's URL. Finally, it adds a new row to a Google Sheet logging the document details and the associated Knack record link.
