Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kommo and Converter (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Kommo and Converter
Kommo + Google Sheets: When a new lead is created in Kommo, its details, including the deal currency, are added to a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting. Since currency conversion is not directly available, the initial currency is stored.
Converter + Kommo + Slack: This flow is not possible as there are no Triggers within the Converter App. You would need an external trigger to start this flow.
