Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Kommo, Mailhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Kommo and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kommo and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Kommo and Mailhook
Kommo + Mailhook + Slack: When a deal's stage is updated in Kommo, Mailhook sends a notification email, and Slack posts a message to a designated channel to inform the team of the update.
Mailhook + Kommo + Google Sheets: When Mailhook receives email data, it updates lead information in Kommo. Then, Google Sheets logs the interaction by adding a new row with the email data and updated lead information.
