After configuring Kommo, Microsoft Excel, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Kommo and Microsoft Excel integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Kommo and Microsoft Excel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Kommo + Microsoft Excel + Slack: When a deal reaches the 'Closed' pipeline status in Kommo, the deal information is added as a new row to a specified table in Microsoft Excel, and a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team of the closed deal.
Microsoft Excel + Kommo + Google Sheets: When a new row is added to a specific table in Microsoft Excel, a new lead is created in Kommo with the data from the Excel row, and the lead information is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet to track its progress.
