Most powerful ways to connect Kommo and Zoho Mail
Kommo + Zoho Mail + Slack: When a new lead is created in Kommo, an email is sent via Zoho Mail to welcome them. A notification is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the sales team about the new lead.
Zoho Mail + Kommo + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Zoho Mail, the flow checks if the email is related to a Kommo deal (e.g., by looking for a deal ID in the subject). If it is, the email details (sender, subject, body) are logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
