Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Lark, Apify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Apify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Apify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Apify
Apify + Google Sheets + Lark: This automation monitors an Apify actor for completed runs. Once a run finishes, it fetches the dataset items and adds them as new rows in a Google Sheet. Finally, a message is sent to a Lark group chat to notify the sales team about the updated competitor data.
Apify + Airtable + Lark: When an Apify task finishes, the scraped data is stored as new records in Airtable. Once the records are created, a Lark message is sent to project managers to alert them about the new data.
