In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Lark, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Lark or Apify will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Lark or Apify, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Lark node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Lark, Apify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Apify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Apify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Apify + Google Sheets + Lark: This automation monitors an Apify actor for completed runs. Once a run finishes, it fetches the dataset items and adds them as new rows in a Google Sheet. Finally, a message is sent to a Lark group chat to notify the sales team about the updated competitor data.
Apify + Airtable + Lark: When an Apify task finishes, the scraped data is stored as new records in Airtable. Once the records are created, a Lark message is sent to project managers to alert them about the new data.
