Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Lark, Bubble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Bubble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Bubble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Bubble
Lark + Bubble + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Lark, the data is used to create a new entry (Thing) in Bubble. Subsequently, key data from that Bubble entry is added as a new row in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Bubble + Lark + Slack: When a new user signs up on Bubble, their information triggers a welcome message to be sent to them in Lark. Additionally, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team of the new signup.
