How to connect Lark and Recraft
Create a New Scenario to Connect Lark and Recraft
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Lark, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Lark or Recraft will be your first step. Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Lark, Recraft, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Recraft integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Recraft (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Recraft
Recraft + Lark + Slack: When a new image is generated in Recraft, it is uploaded to a specified Lark group chat. A summary message, including the image and any relevant details, is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel.
Lark + Recraft + Airtable: When a new message containing an image is posted in a Lark group chat, the image is processed by Recraft. The processed image, along with the description from the Lark message, is then saved as a new record in an Airtable database.
