Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Lark, Softr, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Softr integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Softr (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Softr
Lark + Airtable + Softr: When a new user is added to a Lark group chat, their information is added to an Airtable database. This data is then used to update the user list displayed on a Softr portal.
Softr + Lark + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Softr, a new channel is created in Lark for team collaboration, and the data from the form submission is saved as a new row in Google Sheets.
