Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Lark, Twilio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lark and Twilio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lark and Twilio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Lark and Twilio

Lark + Twilio + Google Sheets: When a new message is received in a Lark group chat, the content of the message and the sender's information are logged to a Google Sheet. Additionally, a Twilio SMS message with the same content is also logged to the Google Sheet for compliance purposes.

Twilio + Lark + Airtable: When a new SMS message is received by Twilio, a message is sent to a Lark group chat with the SMS content and sender information. All SMS data is then logged to Airtable for record-keeping and analysis.
