Most powerful ways to connect Launch27 and Dropbox
Launch27 + Dropbox + Google Sheets: When a new booking is made in Launch27, related files (like cleaning service photos) are uploaded to a specific folder in Dropbox. The details of the booking and the Dropbox file path are then logged in a Google Sheet for record-keeping.
Dropbox + Launch27 + Slack: When a new file (like a cleaning service photo) is added to a specific folder in Dropbox, the automation retrieves details of related Launch27 jobs using booking IDs found in the file name or metadata. It then sends a message to a designated Slack channel, including a link to the photo and relevant job information.
