Depending on your setup, data should flow between Launch27 and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Launch27 and TickTick

Launch27 + TickTick + Slack: When a new booking is created in Launch27, a task is created in TickTick. Slack then sends a direct message to a user (presumably the cleaner) with details of the task.

TickTick + Launch27 + Google Calendar: When a task is completed in TickTick, the next cleaning is rescheduled in Launch27, and the updated cleaning schedule is reflected in Google Calendar.
