Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Lessonspace and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Lessonspace and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Lessonspace and Toggl Track

Lessonspace + Toggl Track + Google Calendar: When a Lessonspace session starts, a Toggl Track time entry is automatically started to track the session's duration. Once the Lessonspace session ends, the Toggl Track time entry is stopped and a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar to record the session.

Toggl Track + Lessonspace + Clockify: When a new project is created in Toggl Track, a corresponding new Lessonspace space is created to facilitate classes or sessions related to that project. Clockify tracks detailed time analysis of each Lessonspace session.
