Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Linear, Wufoo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Linear and Wufoo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Linear and Wufoo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Linear and Wufoo
Wufoo + Linear + Slack: When a new bug report is submitted through Wufoo, an issue is automatically created in Linear to track the bug. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the development team about the new issue.
Wufoo + Linear + Google Sheets: This automation collects customer feedback via Wufoo forms. For each submission, it creates a new issue in Linear to track bugs or feature requests and also saves the form data to Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
