Create a New Scenario to Connect LiveChat and MySQL
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a LiveChat, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, LiveChat or MySQL will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find LiveChat or MySQL, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the LiveChat Node
Select the LiveChat node from the app selection panel on the right.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and MySQL integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and MySQL (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
LiveChat + MySQL + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript data is saved to a MySQL database. If the chat was tagged with a specific 'urgent' tag, a notification is sent to a designated support channel in Slack.
LiveChat + MySQL + Google Sheets: When a chat ends in LiveChat, the chat transcript and associated data are saved to a MySQL database. Simultaneously, key metrics like chat duration and resolution time are logged in Google Sheets to track support performance.
