Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Okta
LiveChat + Okta + Slack: When a new chat starts in LiveChat, a new Slack channel is created. Okta is used to find users who are relevant to the chat based on their email and invite them to the newly created Slack channel.
Okta + LiveChat + Google Sheets: This automation logs Okta user activation events and LiveChat support interactions in a Google Sheet. When a new event occurs in Okta, or a new chat starts in LiveChat, the details are added as a new row in Google Sheets for audit and reporting purposes.
