How to connect LiveChat and Webflow
Create a New Scenario to Connect LiveChat and Webflow
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step

Triggers can be scheduled, called by a LiveChat, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, LiveChat or Webflow will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find LiveChat or Webflow, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring LiveChat, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Webflow
LiveChat + Webflow + Slack: When a new chat is initiated in LiveChat, the automation checks if the user's email exists as a customer in Webflow by searching for a collection item. If the user is not found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team for follow-up.
Webflow + LiveChat + Airtable: When a new form is submitted on a Webflow site, the submission data is captured and stored as a new record in Airtable. Simultaneously, a LiveChat session is initiated to offer personalized support to the user who submitted the form.
