Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring LiveChat, Zoom, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Zoom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Zoom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Zoom
LiveChat + Zoom + Google Calendar: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat and the thread is tagged with a specific topic (e.g., 'Meeting Request'), a Zoom meeting is automatically created and a corresponding event is added to Google Calendar.
Zoom + LiveChat + Slack: When a Zoom meeting ends, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. This notification includes a summary of the LiveChat activity that occurred during the Zoom meeting. Note: Retrieving LiveChat activity during the meeting is not directly supported and would require custom code.
