Save and Activate the Scenario

Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Magento and Google Drive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Magento and Google Drive

Google Drive + Slack + Magento: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Google Drive (presumably product images), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. This alerts the team to update product images in Magento.

Magento + Google Sheets + Google Drive: When a new product is created in Magento, the product details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This Google Sheet is then backed up to a Google Drive folder.
