Depending on your setup, data should flow between Magento and HubSpot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Magento and HubSpot

Magento + HubSpot + Slack: When a new order is placed in Magento, the automation flow updates the customer's profile in HubSpot. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new order.

HubSpot + Magento + QuickBooks: Whenever a new contact is created in HubSpot, the automation verifies if they are a customer in Magento. If the contact is identified as a new customer, a corresponding customer profile is automatically created in QuickBooks.
