Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailchimp and Basecamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailchimp and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Mailchimp and Basecamp

Mailchimp + Basecamp + Slack: When a new subscriber joins a Mailchimp list, a new project is created in Basecamp from a template. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the team of the new subscriber and project.

Basecamp + Mailchimp + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in Basecamp, the customer associated with that task is added to a specific tag in Mailchimp. Additionally, data about the completed task and customer is logged in a Google Sheet.
