Most powerful ways to connect Mailchimp and Pinecone
Shopify + Pinecone + Mailchimp: When a new order is placed in Shopify, customer data and purchase details are sent to Pinecone to update customer profiles with product purchase history. Pinecone then updates customer profiles and segments in Mailchimp based on their purchase behavior, adding tags for targeted email campaigns.
Mailchimp + Shopify + Facebook Ads: When a new customer is added to a specific tag or segment in Mailchimp (e.g., high-value customers), the customer data is sent to Shopify to find or create a corresponding customer profile.
