Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Mailerlite, CloudConvert, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailerlite and CloudConvert integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailerlite and CloudConvert (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Mailerlite and CloudConvert

Mailerlite + CloudConvert + Google Drive: When a new email attachment is received (hypothetically, this would require a separate email parsing service since Mailerlite doesn't directly provide attachment access), CloudConvert converts the attachment to PDF. The converted PDF is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive for archiving.

CloudConvert + Airtable + Mailerlite: When a file conversion job finishes in CloudConvert, the details of the converted file (file name, conversion type) are added as a new record to an Airtable base. A Mailerlite email is then sent, potentially containing a link to the converted file, or just notifying someone of the conversion's completion.
