Most powerful ways to connect Mailgun and FreshBooks
Mailgun + FreshBooks + Slack: When a new permanent failure (bounce) is detected in Mailgun, the automation checks if there's an invoice for the affected email address in FreshBooks. If an invoice is found, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the finance team about the potential payment issue.
FreshBooks + Mailgun + Zoho CRM: When a new invoice is created in FreshBooks, this automation sends a payment reminder email via Mailgun a specified number of days after the invoice due date. The email interaction (send) is then logged as an activity against the corresponding client in Zoho CRM.
