Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailgun and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Mailgun and Moxie
Mailgun + Moxie + Slack: When a new delivery failure occurs in Mailgun, a new task is created in Moxie to investigate the issue. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the support team.
Moxie + Mailgun + Google Sheets: When a new task is created in Moxie, the creation date is logged in a Google Sheet. Daily, the workflow calculates the resolution time of completed Moxie tasks and sends a report via Mailgun.
