Mailgun + TickTick + Slack: When Mailgun detects a new permanent failure, a task is created in TickTick to investigate the issue. A notification is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel informing the team about the failure.
TickTick + Mailgun + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in TickTick, a summary report is sent via Mailgun. The details of the completed task, including completion date and any associated notes, are also logged in Google Sheets for performance analysis.
