Mailhook + PagerDuty + Slack: When Mailhook receives an email, it triggers a PagerDuty incident. PagerDuty then finds the on-call engineer, and Slack sends a direct message to that engineer notifying them of the incident.
PagerDuty + Twilio + Mailhook: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, Twilio sends a message to the on-call engineer and Mailhook sends an email notification summarizing the incident.
