Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailhook and Todoist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Mailhook and Todoist
Mailhook + Todoist + Slack: When a new email is received by Mailhook, the content is parsed for project-related keywords. If keywords are found, a task is created in Todoist. Finally, a summary of the email and the created task is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Todoist + Mailhook + Google Calendar: When a task is marked as completed in Todoist, a summary email is sent via Mailhook. This email includes details about the completed task. Subsequently, a time block is created in Google Calendar to schedule the next steps related to the completed task.
