Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Mailjet, pdfFiller, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailjet and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailjet and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Mailjet and pdfFiller
Mailjet + Google Sheets + pdfFiller: When a new email event (like an undelivered email) occurs in Mailjet, the details are logged in a Google Sheet. If the email is undelivered, a fillable PDF form is created in pdfFiller, allowing for the collection of alternate contact information.
pdfFiller + Mailjet + Airtable: When a new filled form is received in pdfFiller, a confirmation email is sent via Mailjet. The completed form and email data are then stored in Airtable.
