Mailjet + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new email event (like a bounce or delivery failure) occurs in Mailjet, a ticket is created in Zoho Desk. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.
Zoho Desk + Google Sheets + Mailjet: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, a new row is added to a Google Sheets report. Then, an email is sent via Mailjet to notify stakeholders of the updated report.
