Most powerful ways to connect ManyChat and Soax
ManyChat + Soax + Google Sheets: When a new or updated custom field is detected in ManyChat, the user's IP address is used to retrieve geographical data via Soax. This enriched data, along with other user information, is then logged in a Google Sheet.
Soax + ManyChat + ClickUp: This automation monitors for specific bot activity patterns using Soax. When such activity is detected, the associated user in ManyChat is tagged, and a ClickUp task is created to investigate the potential bot.
