Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Memberstack, Postmark, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Memberstack and Postmark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Memberstack and Postmark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Memberstack and Postmark
Memberstack + Postmark + Slack: When a Memberstack subscription is canceled (though not available directly, using the available trigger 'New Member' and then using the action 'Find Member' combined with external logic to determine if a member is no longer active), send a cancellation email via Postmark and notify a specific Slack channel about the cancellation.
Postmark + Memberstack + Google Sheets: Log bounced Postmark emails to a Google Sheet, find user accounts in Memberstack associated with the bounced email and delete their Memberstack profile.
