Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneDrive and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneDrive and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneDrive and NetSuite
Microsoft OneDrive + NetSuite + Slack: When a new contract file is added to a specified folder in OneDrive, the flow searches for the corresponding NetSuite account. Upon finding the account, a Slack notification is sent to the sales team with a link to the contract and the NetSuite account details.
Docusign + NetSuite + Microsoft OneDrive: Once a contract in Docusign is signed (envelope status updated), the signed document is downloaded and uploaded to a specific folder in OneDrive. The flow then updates the corresponding NetSuite record with a link to the stored document in OneDrive.
