Create a New Scenario to Connect Microsoft OneNote and QuickBooks

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Microsoft OneNote node, select QuickBooks from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within QuickBooks.

Now, click the QuickBooks node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your QuickBooks settings. Authentication allows you to use QuickBooks through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Microsoft OneNote, QuickBooks, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneNote and QuickBooks integration works as expected. QuickBooks + Microsoft OneNote + Google Drive: When a new invoice is created in QuickBooks, it is archived to a specified folder in Google Drive as a PDF. A link to related notes in Microsoft OneNote is included in the file name and/or description on Google Drive.
