How to connect Microsoft OneNote and Webflow
Create a New Scenario to Connect Microsoft OneNote and Webflow
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Microsoft OneNote, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Microsoft OneNote or Webflow will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Microsoft OneNote or Webflow, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Microsoft OneNote Node
Select the Microsoft OneNote node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Microsoft OneNote, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneNote and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneNote and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneNote and Webflow
Microsoft OneNote + Webflow + Slack: When a new note is created in a specific section in OneNote, this triggers an update of a Webflow collection item with the note's content. Subsequently, a summary of the updated content is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Webflow + Microsoft OneNote + Airtable: A new form submission in Webflow triggers the creation of a new page in a specific section of OneNote, containing the form submission data. This OneNote page creation then triggers the creation of a new record in Airtable, storing the same form submission data for analysis.
