Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneNote and Xero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneNote and Xero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Xero + Microsoft OneNote + Microsoft Teams: When a new sales invoice is created in Xero, the details are appended to a specified note in Microsoft OneNote, and a notification is sent to a Microsoft Teams channel.
Xero + Microsoft OneNote + Slack: This flow summarizes new Xero transactions and posts a daily report to a Slack channel. On a daily schedule (not directly supported by available triggers, so implied), data from Xero (e.g., using List Invoices) is summarized in a Microsoft OneNote page, and then a message with a link to the OneNote page is sent to a Slack channel.
