Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneNote and YouTube (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneNote and YouTube

YouTube + Google Docs + OneNote: When a new video is uploaded to a specified YouTube channel, its subtitles are extracted and used to create a new Google Docs document. The content of the Google Doc is then appended to a specified section in OneNote for easy note-taking and study.

OneNote + YouTube + Discord bot: When a new note is created in OneNote, this automation searches YouTube for relevant videos using keywords from the note's content. It then posts a message to a specified Discord channel containing the content of the OneNote note and links to the found YouTube videos.
