Microsoft OneNote + Zoho Desk + Microsoft Teams: When a new note is created in a specified OneNote section, the content is analyzed for action items. If action items are detected, a Zoho Desk ticket is automatically created, and a notification is sent to the relevant team in Microsoft Teams.
Zoho Desk + Microsoft OneNote + Microsoft Outlook: When a Zoho Desk ticket is closed, a summary of the ticket details is appended to a designated OneNote page. A digest email containing these summaries is then sent to stakeholders via Microsoft Outlook.
