Microsoft Outlook + Nimble + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Outlook, the sender's email is used to find a matching contact in Nimble. If found, the details of the email (subject, sender, date) are then added as a new row in Google Sheets for tracking email interactions.
Nimble + Microsoft Outlook + Slack: When a new contact is created in Nimble, a summary email containing the contact's details is sent via Outlook. Simultaneously, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new contact.
