Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Power BI and Google Forms

Google Forms + Google Sheets + Microsoft Power BI: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, the response is added as a new row in Google Sheets. Power BI then uses this data in Google Sheets to update a dataset and refresh a report visualizing form response data.

Google Forms + Microsoft Power BI + Slack: When a new form is submitted via Google Forms, Power BI fetches and analyzes the data to identify important submissions. If certain criteria are met based on the analysis, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
