Create a New Scenario to Connect Microsoft Power BI and Replicate
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Microsoft Power BI, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). Click on the Microsoft Power BI node to configure it. You can modify the Microsoft Power BI URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Replicate Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Microsoft Power BI node, select Replicate from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Replicate.

Now, click the Replicate node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Replicate settings. Authentication allows you to use Replicate through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Microsoft Power BI, Replicate, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft Power BI and Replicate integration works as expected. Replicate + Microsoft Power BI + Google Sheets: When a new AI-generated image is created in Replicate, its URL and generation details are sent to Power BI to update a dataset. Power BI analysis results are then stored in Google Sheets for further analysis and reporting.
Replicate + Microsoft Power BI + Slack: After an AI image is generated using Replicate, a summary is sent to Microsoft Power BI to update a report. Then, a message containing key details and a link to the Power BI report is sent to a Slack channel.
