Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Power BI and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Power BI and Webflow

Power BI + Webflow + Google Sheets: When Power BI data insights meet a defined threshold (this part would need custom JavaScript or a webhook), update specific content in a Webflow collection item, then log these changes, including the Power BI trigger details and Webflow item updates, in a Google Sheet for auditing and tracking purposes.

Webflow + Power BI + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Webflow, check if it leads to significant changes in a Power BI report (this requires custom JavaScript or a webhook to monitor Power BI). If changes exceed a defined threshold, alert the marketing team on Slack with relevant form submission data and Power BI report insights.
